Service and support

We offer a range of comprehensive service agreement packages, specifically developed to support the repair, maintenance and upgrade of composite vessels. We offer our services on site of your operations, at ports or at our purpose-built yard facilities.

Our facilities

Our purpose-built facilities accommodate state-of-the-art production methods in building of sophisticated vessels and advanced components in composite materials.

Our bespoke design, engineering, production and service facilities include:

  • Total area: 47.000 m2
  • Indoor floor area: 18.000 m2  including offices, production hall, outfit hall, workshops and warehouse
  • Efficient sandwich composite prefab production (max panel size 4 x 15 m)
  • Max. ship dimensions indoor: 70 x 16,5 m
  • Max. capacity ship lift and transport system: 400 t
  • Traverse cranes
    • 2 x 15 t in production hall
    • 1 x 12,5 t in the outfit hall
  • Systems for ventilation, heating and humidity designed specifically for fiber reinforced plastic production
